Dr Martin Parkinson AC, Secretary of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, will give the opening address at BX2018, the Behavioural Exchange 2018 conference in Sydney next week.

In his speech, Dr Parkinson will talk about how behavioural insights (BI) put the citizen at the centre of public policy.

He will also be exploring how policy makers use behavioural economics to address modern complexities. Dr Parkinson will be joined over the two day conference by the world’s leading BI experts, including Cass R. Sunstein, John A. List and many more.
