Applications are now open for PM&C’s 2020 Graduate Program.

We’re looking for people with a genuine sense of curiosity and a desire to know and understand more about the people we serve. People who want to find solutions to the challenges Australia is facing in a changing world. People who are adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace a range of opportunities.

As part of our 12 month Graduate Program, you will be given opportunities to work across the Department. Applicants are no longer limited to a Generalist Stream, you can select either an Indigenous Affairs or Corporate and Government stream to better suite your interests, skills and experience:

  • Generalist Stream – where you will be provided the tools to test all areas of the Department before determining which area you would prefer to work after the Graduate Program.
  • Major in one of our two streams: Indigenous Affairs or Corporate and Government – where you will complete rotations within your stream, complete a ‘Minor’ rotation outside of your stream to complement your skills, and will work within this stream after the Program.

We are looking for people from a variety of academic disciplines and people with diverse experiences and backgrounds to PM&C including: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex people; Culturally and Linguistically Diverse people; mature age and people with disability.

The Program will be based in PM&C’s National Offices in Canberra, with rotations on offer across a range of business areas, including our Regional Network.

Applications for the 2020 Graduate Program will close at 11.30pm (AEST) Sunday 28 April 2019. Importantly, there will be no selection criteria responses or one-page pitch required in the initial application!
