Confirming a place as one of Australia’s leading graduate employers, PM&C has been voted in Australia’s Top 100 Graduate Employers.

The rankings are based on the results of a survey conducted annually by GradAustralia, with thousands of votes cast by university students. The survey explores career motivations and expectations, and asks students to nominate graduate employers that most appeal to them.

PM&C graduate, Eleanor Garrad, said that it’s not surprising that PM&C has made Australia’s Top 100 Graduate Employers yet again.

‘As a PM&C graduate, you are given the opportunity to work at the forefront of government from day one,’ Eleanor said.

‘Our role is to provide quality advice to the Prime Minister and support the work of Cabinet, which means that PM&C graduates are able to make a real and lasting impact in the realms of policy development and implementation.’

‘The Departmental culture is also fantastic—while the work is often fast-paced, high-stakes and challenging, graduates are well supported with a strong focus on learning and development.’

‘It is this focus that empowers PM&C graduates to become future leaders, both within the Department and beyond.’

The announcement comes as PM&C gears up to open applications for its 2019 Graduate Program in late March. For more information, visit PM&C’s Graduate Recruitment site.
