Reconciliation Action Plan
The Department’s Stretch RAP focusses on embedding reconciliation initiatives within the Department in order for them to become ‘business as usual’. It provides a framework for PM&C to become a more inclusive and diverse organisation, and to set a strong example for other workplaces on advancing reconciliation.
PM&C’s Stretch RAP has a number of areas of focus, including relationships, respect, opportunities and governance. Key actions include increasing the number of Indigenous staff at all levels of PM&C, encouraging a majority of staff to undertake cultural training, and fostering relationships with other APS agencies and Elevate RAP partners to learn from one another.
