I, DAVID JOHN HURLEY, Governor General of the Commonwealth of Australia, pursuant to section 64 of the Constitution, hereby appoint ANDREW KEITH LEIGH, a member of the Federal Executive Council, to administer THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY and THE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND WORKPLACE RELATIONS.

Pursuant to section 65 of the Constitution, I direct ANDREW KEITH LEIGH to hold the offices of PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY TO THE TREASURER and PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY TO THE MINISTER FOR EMPLOYMENT AND WORKPLACE RELATIONS.
