The PM&C Performance Model sets out the behaviours and characteristics required at each classification level at PM&C under four qualities: Problem solving, Achieving, Collaborating and Leading. The PM&C Performance Model is consistent with the APS and Executive Level Work Level Standards and SES Work Level Standards, an APS-wide tool for assigning and assessing the classification of roles.
