REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENTS OF MINISTERS OF STATE

I, DAVID JOHN HURLEY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, pursuant to sections 64 and 65 of the Constitution, hereby revoke the appointments of:

  1. ANDREW KEITH LEIGH to administer THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY and to hold the office of PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY TO THE TREASURER
  2. PATRICK POSSUM GORMAN to administer THE DEPARTMENT OF THE PRIME MINISTER AND CABINET and to hold the office of PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY TO THE PRIME MINISTER
  3. ANTHONY DAVID CHISHOLM to administer THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION and THE DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE, TRANSPORT, REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNICATIONS AND THE ARTS and to hold the offices of PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY TO THE MINISTER FOR EDUCATION and PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY TO THE MINISTER FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT, LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND TERRITORIES
