What we offer

Our conditions and benefits

At PM&C, we recognise the broad benefits of offering flexibility in how, when and where we perform our work. We promote and support flexibility to attract and retain a diverse and engaged workforce and deliver outcomes for the Australian Government.

We issue all staff with modern, mobile technology and tools to enable flexible working. Our offices have modern spaces that support activity-based work, including individual workstations, quiet rooms, collaboration spaces and open plan areas.

We consider flexibility first from a starting position of ‘how can we make this work?’ and make genuine attempts to establish mutually beneficial arrangements or suitable alternatives. We will consider your individual circumstances, as well as the operational requirements of your role, in agreeing flexible work arrangements.
