Prior to the 2023 Quad Leaders’ Summit, Quad Leaders have met four times virtually or in-person. The most recent Quad Leaders’ meeting was held in Tokyo on 24 May 2022. Quad Foreign Ministers from the four Quad countries have also met, and on 3 March this year, they met in New Delhi.

Quad Foreign Ministers have met annually since 2019 to exchange views on regional strategic challenges and to lead a program of cooperation on core regional priorities. Quad Foreign Ministers met most recently on 3 March 2023 in New Delhi.
Quad partners also engage regularly through Quad Sherpas, senior officials, Working Groups and experts.
