Request for accessibility assistance

You can submit a request for accessibility assistance by post or online.

Please include as much information as you can in your request. Some of the details that can help us are:

  • what you were doing when you encountered it
  • the URL of the page you found it on (for example, 'https://www.pmc.gov.au/a-page-title')
  • the name and version of your operating system
  • the name and version of the screen reader or any other assistive technology you’re using
