Organisations with ideas for one off or small-scale projects that support women to enter or remain in the workforce or improve women’s safety can now apply for funding through a Women’s Workforce Participation or Women’s Safety grant.

As part of the Women’s Leadership and Development Program, $1.5 million is available over the next three years to support non-government organisations to run projects that contribute to the outcomes identified in the Women’s Workforce Participation Strategy and support reducing violence against women and their children. Projects must be designed to achieve positive improvements against the outcomes. Projects with a focus on women from a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse background, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, women with disability, and rural, regional and remote women are strongly encouraged.

For further details on eligibility and how to apply, please access the application guidelines on the PM&C website.
